Above is an example of the Exhibitor Hall floor plan. You will receive an email prior to the event requesting your preference for booth assignment.  We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee your preferred space will be available.  Please note that many spaces are already full!  Exhibitor invoices must be paid in full by October 31, 2025, or your space may be forfeited to other exhibitors
                              
EXHIBITOR RATES - EARLY BIRD PRICING THROUGH JULY 31! :

  • Early Bird Member Exhibitor Rate: $1,250
  • Early Bird Non-Member Exhibitor Rate: $1,750
To receive the Member Rate, your company must be a current RDC member.

  • Member Rate: $1,500
  • Non-Member Rate: $2,000

BOOTH-ONLY ATTENDEES, NAME BADGES & LUNCH TICKETS: 
  • Included with your booth is one all-access registration to the conference - a personalized name badge will be provided.
  • Each Exhibitor will receive two (2) generic "Exhibitor" name badges, which will include your organization's name. These are for use by booth-only attendees. (booth-only attendees are welcome to bring their own name tags if desired). 
  • No conference registration is required for booth-only personnel.
Lunch Tickets:
  • Booth-only attendees may purchase lunch tickets for $75/person per day. 
  • A lunch ticket includes access to the main conference hall during the keynote lunch speaker and the lunch meal.
  • Lunch tickets will be available for purchase in September.
  • If you'd like to register additional full conference attendees, you may do so at a later date at akrdc.org/conference.

EXHIBIT HALL HOURS:

  • Wednesday, November 12th8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
  • Thursday, November 13th8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Exhibit hall hours are subject to change
SET-UP:
  • Tuesday, November 11th | 12:00-7:00 PM 
  • Please plan to complete set-up during this designated time.
BREAKDOWN:
  • After 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 13th
  • When breaking down, please use the service elevators located at the back of the exhibit hall. Do not use public elevators, escalators, or the atrium due to attendee traffic.

> BOOTH DETAILS:
Each 10' X 10' booth space includes:

  • One 6’ skirted table
  • 500 watts of electrical service
  • Two padded chairs
  • Pipe & drape
  • Identification sign 
  • Carpeted exhibit area

> Additional Services:

If you need extra items or services that are not included with your booth space (e.g. freight handling, additional electrical service, furnishings), please place an order with:

  • Discount order deadline: Saturday, November 1st
  • Freight deadline: Thursday, November 6th at 5:00 PM
    A PDF order form is available upon request. 

> Full Conference Registration Included

  • Each booth purchase includes one full conference registration.
  • Please email Jennifer the name of the individual using your included registration no later than Monday, November 3.
  • Additional attendees must register individually. (Individual registration opens in October)
  • Booth staff who are not attending sessions and are only working the booth do not need to register.

> Food & Beverage Note

  • Conference breakfasts, networking breaks, and the VIP reception take place in the exhibit hall.
  • Out of respect for registered attendees, we kindly ask that booth-only personnel do not consume food or beverages provided unless they are registered.

> Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales are final 
  • You may transfer your included registration to another attendee if needed.

> Recording & Photography Notice

  • Please note: this event may be recorded (audio, video and/or photography).  
  • By registering or attending, you consent to being recorded/photographed and agree that RDC reserves the right to use these materials in future promotional content without additional permission.
